1.- Cleaning report.- From this section you can select those rooms that are already clean.



You can do it in 2 ways:


a) From Calendar: A very easy way to mark a room as clean is by clicking on the icon that is just after the name of each room (red box) and this will automatically change to a green arrow (green box) that will indicate that the room has been cleaned.






b) From Reports: To be able to mark a room as clean you must click on REPORTS → CLEANING or enter Cleaning, you will see the list of the occupied rooms. your next Check in, incoming guests, last Check Out, keys delivered, hotel notes, guest's notes.




At the end of these reports, the "CLEAN" button appears (red box), which when clicked, disappears the room from the list.







2. Arrivals Report.- From this section you can see the scheduled arrivals for the day, week, month and / or specific dates as required. And from where you can confirm the arrival of the guest.

It has two types of views:


c) card form.- To be able to change the status of the arrival of a guest you must click on the name of the room.






d)list form.- To be able to change the status of the arrival of a guest you must click on the "EDIT" button.








3.- Sales Report

From this module you can see in general the income that your reservations have produced. Only confirmed reservations are considered for the report. This module is divided into three sections:



e) Comparison between periods






f) Sales graph.- Of a specific period (current day, week, month, date range).




g) Detail of the selected period



4.- Employment Report


The Occupancy Report contains all the necessary history for your use, either in a general way or by room type.


To enter you must click on the REPORTS → OCCUPATION tab



Later you can continue with these steps:


1.-choose the "Property" (red box)


2.-select "Types of Report" that can be General or By Type of Room (green box).


3.-  choose which states should be considered in your report (yellow box).


4.-Click on "OBTAIN OCCUPATION" (purple box).




A list of "Reservations per year" will appear and if you wish to obtain it in a spreadsheet, click on "EXPORT AS XLS" and automatically download your information.







5.- Cancellation Report


In this section appear the reservations that have been canceled with reservation number, name of the guest and the day of cancellation, you can enter by clicking on the tab REPORTS → CANCELATIONS or entering Cancellations. Only canceled reservations are considered for the report.



If you require your cancelled information on a spreadsheet just click on the button "EXPORT" and automatically download your information.




6.- Departure Report


In this section you can enter by clicking on the REPORTS → OUTPUTS tab . Only confirmed reservations are considered for this report.



You can search the outputs of the date you want in "Filter options" (red box), you determine the range of days, months and even years you want to consult.







If you want your output information in a spreadsheet, click on the "EXPORT" button and automatically download your information.








7.- Report of Pending Reservations


 

you can enter this section by clicking on the REPORTS → RESERVATIONS PENDING tab or entering Pending Reservations. Only pending reservations are considered for the report.



You can search the pending reservations for the date you want in "Filter options" (green box), you determine the range of days, months and even years you want to consult.







If you want your Pending Reservation information in a spreadsheet, click on the "EXPORT" button and automatically download your information.



8.- Report of Invalid Cards


The invalid cards of your reservations will be notified in this report and you can enter by clicking on the REPORTS → INVALID CARDS tab or by entering Invalid Cards.



You can search the Invalid Cards of the date you want in "Filter Options" (red box), you determine the range of days, months and even years you want to consult.

9.- Payment Report



In this section you get the list of the payments made by the guests, the concept, the amount, and the date in which it was made. Enter by clicking on REPORTS → PAYMENTS or with Payment. Only confirmed reservations are considered for the report.



You can search for the payments of the date you want in "Filter options" (red box), you determine the range of days, months and even years you want to consult.






10.- Balance Report


In this section you get the balance of your guests with the reservation number, if you have made a payment and the amount that remains to be paid. Enter by clicking on REPORTS → BALANCES or with Balance. Only confirmed reservations are considered for the report.



You can find the balance of the date you want in "Filter options" (red box), you determine the range of days, months and even years you want to consult.





If you require your list of balances in a spreadsheet, click on "EXPORT" and automatically download your information.
